Just finishing off the last minute run around which is the morning of an open day. Today is very wet underfoot due to steady rain last light (more than an inch of water standing in the troughs). We are still in cloud here because of the height, which means it is like walking through a misting spray at the moment.

Still going ahead of course but you will need to bring wet weather gear and wellies/boots, unless you plan to stay indoors here and eat homemade cakes and drink hot tea, watching the rain outside.

I am hopeful it will brighten by this afternoon so we should get to see some damp alpacas too.
